Meayll Circle & Meayll Hill

The Meayll Circle is an unusual passage grave located on the side of Meayll Hill, from where most of the south of the Island can be seen. Passage graves are a type of chambered tomb built more than 4,000 years ago. Elsewhere on Meayll Hill are the remains of a radar station used during World War II.
